About. Mt.Fuji

Mt. Fuji in Shizuoka prefecture

                        Mt. Fuji is the highest mountain in Japan. This mountain stretches over Shizuoka and Yamanashi prefectures.  Surprisingly, the boundaries of the summit of the mountain are not marked off because 2 prefectures compete for ownership.  In Shizuoka, every February 22^nd is the day of Mt. Fuji.  On that day, Shizuoka prefecture asks the people of the prefecture to think about Mt. Fuji to give us affluent mercy.  Concretely, that day holds a lot of events.  For instance, a Mt. Fuji photo contest, lectures about nature of Mt. Fuji and collecting stories concerning Mt. Fuji.  Mt. Fuji is not only the highest mountain in Japan, but also symbol of Japan.

Talk to Saori

I interviewed Saori.  She talks to me about Anpanman.

           He is a super hero.  He made of bean-jam bun.  He helps anyone anytime.  Saori is attracted to his gentle character.  Anpanman is very famous in Japan, his museum locates in Yokohama.

About Jay-Z

My favorite rapper

Shawn Corey Carter is a famous rapper.  His stage name is Jay-Z.  His jazzy character developed his stage name.  He was born in New York on December 4^th 1969.　

He has spent a very stormy life.  When he was child, he was on welfare and separated from his father. He was imprisoned and experienced three gun battles.  In prison, there are some rappers around him, they influenced his rapper life.  He began free styling and writing lyrics.  After that, he met a lot of capable rappers and producers. 

Now, he is a worldwide famous rapper.  His album sold 50 million. Surprisingly, he received 13 Grammy Awards.  Jay-Z was ranked as the 10th most successful artist of the 2000's by Billboard

Moreover, his job is not only rapper but also record producer, CEO of record label and an actor.　

              In private life, he married a very famous American R&B singer named Beyoncé in 2008.

          I talked with Nobuo.  A famous person he admire is Kanemoto Takaaki.  He is a professional baseball player.  He belong to hanshin tigers.  Surprisingly, he holds the world record!

Famous person I admire - Jason Mraz

        Jason Mraz is a famous singer song writer.  He Writing the songs, performing his song with playing the guitar.   

        He was born in Mechanicsville, Virginia on 23rs June, 1977.  His parents divorced when he was four years old.  When he was high school student, he participated in local theater.  Then, he played musical.  After graduating for high school, he attended The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, studying musical theater. After the dropped out of the school, he returned to Virginia.  He taking up the guitar and focusing on the songwriting.  He began performing at the world famous coffee shop, Java Joes.  In 2005 his 2^nd album Mr. "A-Z" entered billboard HOT 200 at the number 5.  

          Amazingly His song "I'm Yours" from his 3^rd album was successful on the Billboard charts. At 76 weeks on the Hot 100, it holds the record for most weeks spent on the chart.  Moreover, that album was immensely successful all over the chart and entered the high position on the chart In Spanish, French, Australia and etc.  He won the 2 Grammy awards in 2010.

         His songs are very beautiful and marvelous.  They attract many people all over the world.  In fact, Jason won the Grammy awards.  I hope that his song will be loved by the people all over the world forever .

Short Introduction

            I'm a university student in Japan.  I'm a member of big band jazz club.  In that club, I play the trumpet.  Moreover, I play the popular songs with my friends.  For instance, Jason Mraz, Jamiroqui, fishbone etc.  I like R&B, HIP HOP, POPS, JAZZ etc.  Especially, I love Lady Gaga, Bruno Marz, Maroon 5, Far East Movement, Jason Mraz, Jay-Z, Rhianna, Travie McCoy.
